FAQ rewrite for the subscription page

The current FAQ is six questions written when we launched. People write to support about the same four things: pause, skip a month, taste mismatch, and cancelling. We need those four answered in plain language, plus two questions we have not thought of. Tone: conversational, no 'unique'. We will share the current page and the last 40 support tickets.
